As part of a YORBuild contractor we are committed to delivering employment and skills plans (ESP). The YORbuild framework has developed a strategy to support local employment and skills development. Every project that is procured via the YORbuild framewrk with include an employment and skills plan which binds us to deliver skill outputs. The ESP for each project indicates outputs in eleven categories:

Skills Developement:

 - School/ College Visists
 - School/ College Workshops

 - Work Experience entry level 1 qualification 18+ Years
 - Apprentices - existing
 - Apprentices - Project initiated
 - Project Initiated higher level skills

Existing Workforce - Skills Development

 - Health & Safety touch screen tests
 - National Vocational Qualifications
 - Construction Skills Certification Scheme

Employment

 - Progression to Employment
