Externally our quality checks comprise a customer satisfaction survey post contract in order to collate feedback. Any discrepancy is discussed at a monthly management meeting in order that we strive for improvement.
We operate a policy of mutual trust and honesty in our dealings with our supply chain and subcontractors. When subcontractors are required we use an approved database to check insurances and accreditation and help them raise the level of their performance.
